Our rates follow a seasonal rate curve similar to booking sites, but we offer rates that are significantly lower with lower fees. The VRBO availability calendar below is for your convenience. Making reservations directly with us,
or through TripAdvisor, will give you the best price.
Please note that dates with a green bar ending (all the way across)
are check-out dates, and are available to reserve.Please note that there is a 4-night mimimum in July & August,
unless there is a shorter window between two bookings.

TAXES & FEES: All rentals are subject to a $150 cleaning fee and a 12.5% local lodging tax on the entire rental cost. $50 will be added to the cleaning fee if you make a reservation that creates a back-to-back booking.
DEPOSITS: Refundable security deposit is $250. Payment may be by check or cash, or via Paypal from your bank account. If you wish to pay with a credit card through Paypal, please add the 3% convenience fee to your total payment. Security deposits may be paid with a separate check that will be held, and not cashed, unless there are damages.
PET POLICY: Your well behaved, quiet dog (maximum 2) is welcome with a $50 pet fee per pet, per stay for up to 3 nights, $75 for 4 - 7 nights, and $100 for 8 nights or more, and an additional refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet, providing you follow the strict house rules intended to keep the place nice for non-pet owners.
